All payments must be made in favour of Altivex Elevators LLC through the payment methods specified in the official quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are exclusive of applicable VAT, government fees, duties, or other statutory charges. Customers are requested to share payment confirmation along with the invoice or quotation reference to facilitate timely processing. An official receipt will be issued after successful verification of the payment.

All quotations issued by Altivex remain valid for the period mentioned in the quotation document. Prices, product specifications, and delivery schedules are subject to change after the validity period expires unless confirmed in writing by Altivex.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is fully prepared before delivery and installation begins. Required preparations may include:

• Completion of all civil works
• Lift shaft construction (where applicable)
• Structural support as specified in approved drawings
• Required electrical power supply
• Safe and unrestricted site access
• Necessary approvals from building management or relevant authorities

Any delay caused by incomplete site readiness may result in revised installation schedules.

Estimated delivery timelines commence only after:

• Confirmation of the purchase order
• Receipt of the agreed advance payment
• Approval of final technical drawings, where applicable

Delivery and installation schedules are estimates and may vary depending on project conditions, site readiness, product availability, shipping schedules, customs clearance, government approvals, or customer-requested design changes.

Altivex will make every reasonable effort to complete the project within the estimated timeframe. Customers will be informed of any significant changes affecting the agreed project schedule.

Altivex continually improves its products and engineering standards. Therefore, minor modifications to product specifications, finishes, dimensions, or components may be made without affecting the overall performance, quality, or intended functionality of the equipment.

Customised products are manufactured according to the approved specifications confirmed by the customer before production.

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe access to the installation site.
• Ensure all required civil and electrical work is completed before installation.
• Obtain any permits or approvals required by local authorities or building management.
• Protect installed equipment from damage caused by third parties after project handover.
• Notify Altivex immediately of any site changes that may affect installation.

Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

Upon completion of installation, the equipment will undergo testing and commissioning to verify proper operation.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the installation during handover. Any visible concerns should be reported before project acceptance. Once the installation has been accepted or placed into regular use, the project shall be considered completed.

If delivery cannot proceed due to customer-related delays or if the installation site is unavailable after the equipment arrives, Altivex reserves the right to charge reasonable storage, transportation, loading, unloading, handling, or re-delivery costs where applicable.

Requests to modify product specifications after order confirmation may affect pricing, engineering requirements, manufacturing schedules, and delivery timelines.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the project. Costs already incurred for engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or other completed work may be deducted from any eligible refund. Products that have already been manufactured, dispatched, or delivered may not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Altivex shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, transportation disruptions, port congestion, supplier delays, labour shortages, pandemics, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where such events occur, project schedules may be reasonably extended until normal operations resume.

Where requested, Altivex may provide contact details of independent civil, electrical, or structural contractors to assist with site preparation. These contractors operate independently and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Altivex.

Altivex accepts no responsibility for the quality, safety, pricing, workmanship, or timelines of services provided by third-party contractors. Customers engage such contractors entirely at their own discretion.

Altivex shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business interruption, loss of revenue, or damages arising from misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper operation, or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the supply, installation, or sale of products by Altivex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
